I am the owner/broker of Coltrin Real Estate and a lifelong resident of Sacramento. I have been helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs since 2002 (Ten Years!) throughout the greater Sacramento area. I have many years of experience working with bank owned homes (REO), short sale properties (on a case by case basis) and traditional homes.
Sacramento has seen a great rise and fall in home values and a change in the way real estate is sold in the area over the last several years and with it, I have continued to adjust and be a top producer in town through my knowledge of the area, hard work and great skill I take in my career.
The market is in the midst of another shift as affordable homes once again reign over the area and low interest rates have made owning a home easier than ever. Inventory levels are low and homes are selling quickly as the market is shifting away from being a Buyer's Market to a Seller's Market.
